Pressurized Filters

A multi-layer, complex filter, which is used the most universally in a
swimming pool, has a poor level of the filtering performance
despite its size although its filtering is based on a multi-layered medium.
Therefore, it has undergone a difficulty in managing the water quality.

By contrast, K-TOP F120 is a pressure-filter purification system
and has an excellent profile of the filtering performance and
capacity. Besides, it is also a compact water-processing
technology that is solely present in Korea.

The structure and mechanism of K-TOP F120

The structure and mechanism of K-TOP F120

  • Structure
    • The accumulation of multi-stage filtering plate
    • The binding of fibrous, filtering cloth between the filtering plates
    • The formation of entry hole on the unilateral side of filtering plate and that of exit hole on the contralateral side
    • Once introduced through an entry pole, the water is transferred from the inferior to the superior part of filtering cloth. Then, it is released through an exit hole.
  • Mechanisms
    • The provision of water containing a medium through an entry hole
    • The formation of filtering membrane while the provided medium is filtered through a filtering cloth and then coated accordingly.
    • The contaminated water is inhaled from a balancing tank to a circulating pump and then provided.
    • While the original water passes the filtering membrane, the sludge is filtered through a filtering membrane. Then, the water is released from a micropore on the medium.
    • When the filtering efficiency is decreased due to the sludge covered with a filtering membrane, a reverse washing is carried out.
    • Through an exit hole, the water for reverse washing is provided.
    • The medium and the sludge are detached by the water for reverse washing and then released from an entry hole.
    • The filtering device is returned to the initial state prior to the filtering
